This is a newly created position as part of a wider initiative to enhance Healthcare service delivery, with a major focus on Asset Management and Lifecycle over the coming years. You will contribute to developing robust processes and digital transformation initiatives that futureâprove asset intelligence and underpin operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Document end-to-end processes for asset lifecycle management, including creation, update, verification, and retirement of asset records.
- Analyse workflows and controls to ensure asset data remains accurate, current, and auditâready.
- Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset information and support digital transformation.
- Communicate complex data concepts clearly and accessibly to nonâtechnical stakeholders.
- Update, verify, and maintain asset records within the CAFM system.
- Support data cleansing activities to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Assist in applying data standards, naming conventions, and classification structures as directed by the Asset Intelligence Lead.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with organisational and industry standards.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Driving licence required.
- Strong skills in data management and analysis.
- Ideally, understanding of M&E Asset Management.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital systems.
- Able to follow processes and identify inconsistencies or gaps.
