We are seeking a Digital Mobilisation Specialist to support the successful mobilisation and ongoing operation of our digital food ordering platforms, including kiosks, apps, and websites. Working closely with the Digital Platforms Manager, this role plays a critical part in getting sites ready for launch and ensuring a smooth transition from pre‑implementation through to Business as Usual (BAU). This role combines mobilisation planning, IT implementation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure digital platforms are deployed effectively and operate at a consistently high standard. It is a home‑based position with a strong focus on planning, supplier coordination, and post‑deployment handover, contributing directly to excellent customer experiences and improved operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mobilisation planning for new and transitioning sites, ensuring digital readiness.
- Gather site and stakeholder requirements and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
- Liaise with suppliers and SAAS providers to order, configure, and deploy required hardware.
- Support IT implementation planning and execution for digital ordering platforms.
- Act as the first point of contact for site teams experiencing platform‑related issues.
- Proactively monitor platform performance and resolve or elevate issues as required.
- Deliver training, guidance, and best‑practice support to site teams before and after deployment.
- Manage post‑deployment handover, ensuring clear ownership.
