The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

As part of a nationally important contract, this role is pivotal in ensuring high standards of compliance, performance, and service delivery across the estate. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Contract Manager and overseeing day-to-day operations, with a particular focus on the Hard FM stream, including PPM, reactive maintenance, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple sites within your regional cluster.
  • Manage and coordinate hard and soft FM teams, sub-contractors, and site-based operatives.
  • Support the Contract Manager in the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services.
  • Ensure accurate operation of CAFM systems and timely resolution of tasks in line with SLAs/KPIs.
  • Proactively monitor statutory compliance, health & safety documentation, and service records.
  • Liaise with clients and site stakeholders to maintain a strong working relationship.
  • Contribute to contract audits, financial administration, and ad hoc works management.
  • Ensure all H&S activities are compliant with legislation and best practice.

A background in Facilities Management, ideally in a multi-site or public sector environment. Strong understanding and experience in Hard Services delivery (M&E, compliance, maintenance). Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good working knowledge of CAFM systems, and Helpdesk functions. IOSH Managing Safety - highly desirable. Full UK driving licence - essential.
