The Role
- Make specialty drinks and serving food
- Keep the service and back of house areas in a clean and safe condition
- Take ownership of your workplace and constantly seek to improve the service
- Handle cash and use the till system
- Ensure the highest standard and quality of all food & drink
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
