The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in technical hard services and a sound knowledge of SFG20. This role will work closely with Backlog Project Managers, reactive and remedials teams to ensure backlog activities are completed to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all quotations are progressed through the system for approval and completion, managing the process end to end.
- Chase suppliers, engage with the FM team and support supplier payment through to completion.
- Work closely with the finance and commercial teams to ensure all work orders are submitted through DWP for payment.
- Ensure backlog supplier-submitted quotations are accurate, complete and approved.
- Implement new PPM templates and ensure all completed Backlog PPMs are uploaded to the system with the correct documentation and information.
- Act as the point of escalation for any issues specific to the Backlog project.
- Complete weekly reports and progress updates for DWP, including updating project quotes and completion milestones.
- Lead client and internal team calls to provide updates, resolve general enquiries and communicate progress or blockers across KADS, KAMS and FM teams.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience with CAFM systems, particularly within PPM delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing projects, small works and remedial management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
- Sound technical knowledge and experience of operational M&E delivery.
- Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
