Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and controlling asset data changes within CMMS/CAFM systems
  • Ensuring all updates are accurate, approved, and fully auditable
  • Reviewing and validating asset data against maintenance and compliance standards
  • Performing data reconciliation and dependency checks to maintain consistency
  • Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for asset changes
  • Monitoring impact of changes and working with stakeholders to avoid disruption
  • Creating dashboards and reports to track data quality, risks, and performance
  • Supporting audits, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience in asset management, FM, engineering, or maintenance environments
  • Strong understanding of CMMS, CAFM, or EAM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data
  • A methodical, risk-aware approach with strong governance mindset
  • Confident stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
