Key Responsibilities
- Managing and controlling asset data changes within CMMS/CAFM systems
- Ensuring all updates are accurate, approved, and fully auditable
- Reviewing and validating asset data against maintenance and compliance standards
- Performing data reconciliation and dependency checks to maintain consistency
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for asset changes
- Monitoring impact of changes and working with stakeholders to avoid disruption
- Creating dashboards and reports to track data quality, risks, and performance
- Supporting audits, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience in asset management, FM, engineering, or maintenance environments
- Strong understanding of CMMS, CAFM, or EAM systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data
- A methodical, risk-aware approach with strong governance mindset
- Confident stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
