An inclusive place where they can be themselves, make new friends, hone their skills and develop their career through our industry accredited learning & development programme.Livv is proud to be a part of ISS Facility Services, a leading global workplace experience and facility management company, with over 100 years’ experience.About the RoleAs a Team Assistant, you will join a prestigious global financial services firm, supporting a dynamic team with responsibilities such as managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, and handling expense management.Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex schedules, prepare meeting materials, and set up international conference calls.Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, including flights, visas, and accommodation, with detailed itineraries and booking confirmations.Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, maintain contact systems, and perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and mailing.Expense & CRM Management: Submit expenses through Concur and ensure CRM (Perform) is consistently updated for Account Managers.About You As the Team Assistant, you will drive a key part of the customer touchpoint journey, as an ambassador of exceptional customer service for ISS Livv and its clients.Exceptional Organisational Skills: Highly organised with strong time management, task prioritisation, and coordination abilities, even in fast-paced environments.Professional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience supporting Senior Executives.Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; knowledge of Concur and CRM systems is a plus.Attention to Detail: Expertise in planning multi-time zone schedules, reconciling AMEX and FX differences, and understanding workplace Health and Safety.Working HoursSchedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekAdditional Benefits BonusISS PensionPrivate Healthcare OptionsMental Health & Wellbeing SupportPersonal Travel Insurance
