We are seeking a Senior Receptionist to be based at our prestigious client site in the heart of the city. The offices are impressive, modern, and stylish.
Your role will be to provide a seamless and effective customer journey experience which will include:
- Leading a dynamic, professional meet and greet Front of House Service to include switchboard service, meeting room management and hospitality, administration (taxi bookings, couriers, hospitality ordering), replenishment of supplies, post and mail delivery.
- Liaison with external suppliers and maintenance contractors.
- Ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met. Taking ownership and maintaining the onsite SOPs/New Starter guides.
- Procurement of Front of House consumables.
- Management of day-to-day office and keeping up to date Health and Safety records.
- Arranging and managing events.
- Establishing good working relationships with the customers and driving workplace experience through surprise and delight moments in collaboration with the client.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous Reception experience within a high-end corporate environment.
- Highly flexible and able to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
- Good time management and team management skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Positive, proactive approach with the ability to work in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have relevant corporate customer service experience and ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office).
