We are seeking a dynamic Reception Team Leader to lead a large team and provide a seamless and effective customer journey. The role is based at our Head Office and flagship workspace in Canary Wharf. Our head office team are imperative to the success of our business. We are looking for someone to lead a successful and happy team, demonstrating the highest quality workplace experience to our internal and external stakeholders.
Your duties will include:
- To coordinate day-to-day operations between business areas promoting a ‘One Team’ ethos across all service lines.
- To manage a team of 6 ensuring that all ISS Global procedures, policies and standards are met, providing a five-star workplace experience.
- Take ownership and maintain the onsite SOPs/New Starter guides, ensuring all information is up-to-date and relevant to each role and produce monthly operational performance reports.
- Champion HSEQ, and Corporate Responsibility within the Service team.
- Creating a positive, engaging and dynamic workplace experience and always ensure high visibility.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience leading or managing a team in a customer facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be organised, motivated, committed and able to work under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a Front of House Team and have the relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience and ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office).
