About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will be working as part of the Workplace Experience Team, creating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our clients want to be a part of. Your duties will include:

  • Creating a welcoming environment by efficiently managing the core touchpoint journey and fulfilling client requests.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms meet high standards, handling booking requests, and preparing hospitality requirements.
  • Maintaining a tidy work area, managing deliveries and orders, and adhering to company policies.
  • Answering calls promptly and professionally, and assisting the Events Management Team as required.

About You

  • Exhibit a high degree of attention to detail and maintain a calm, logical, and professional mindset.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic requirements with motivation and commitment.
  • Understand the importance of maintaining Health & Safety standards.

Working Hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Shift Times: Between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM, with 9-hour shifts (e.g., 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Location

Flexible Locations: Locations are all in London's Zone 1 and 2.
