About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will be working as part of the Workplace Experience Team, creating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our clients want to be a part of. Your duties will include.

- To Create a welcoming environment by efficiently managing the core touchpoint journey and fulfilling client requests.
- Ensuring meeting rooms meet high standards, handle booking requests, and prepare hospitality requirements.
- Maintaining a tidy work area, manage deliveries and orders, and adhere to company policies.
- Answering calls promptly and professionally, and assist the Events Management Team as required.
