We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist (Maternity Cover) to be based at one of our prestigious clients\' sites in the heart of the West End. The offices are set in an impressive, modern, and stylish building.
Your role will be to provide a seamless and effective customer journey experience, which will include:
- Welcoming visitors and tenants
- Managing all client & visitor requests
- Processing all meeting room requests and ensuring all rooms are set up to the desired standards
- Switchboard management, catering orders, events, and curation
- Building effective relationships
- Being recognized as the natural go-to person
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Livv Workplace and the client site you represent
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
