Main Purpose Of The Position/Key Expectations
We are currently looking for a GKA Analytics Partner to join our Advanced Analytics, Data & AI (ADA) Team. You will act as the ‘vital link and business enabler’ between BI & AI capabilities/solution and its business objectives delivering concrete value to the business. You will play a pivotal role in instilling the right data culture in our global key accounts and driving the account objectives within the analytics area.
What You’ll Do
- Develop Analytics & Data programs – to ensure all stakeholders can effectively interpret and utilize Data for decision-making and performance improvement.
- Lead benchmarking projects to generate actionable insights from Data by collaborating closely with the business.
- Ensure Data quality and accuracy to support robust benchmarking, KPI assessment, and quarterly management fee at risk reporting.
- Own account Master Data.
- Develop account Analytics & Data Roadmap.
- Develop Data Literacy on the account, at all levels of the organisation.
- Develop account Systems Roadmap.
- Maintain consistent business systems usage and expand adoption in line with the account value proposition.
- Ensure global alignment and governance in the use of business systems and analytics.
- Translate the digital technology vision and roadmap into actionable plans in collaboration with client and ISS leadership.
- Able to manage projects end to end.

Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence reporting/Data Analysis required.
- Experience using Tableau and similar analytics tools such as PowerBI desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with Global Clients/International Stakeholders.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Data Analytics/Math/Engineering or another similar field is preferable but not a must.
- Experience in the Facility Management industry is preferable.
