Join ISS STOXX in our London office as a Senior Corporate Recruiter. This is a high-impact position within a collaborative fast-paced recruitment team giving you visibility across multiple business lines and the opportunity to influence hiring decisions at every level. As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll leverage your expertise to source, engage, and hire top talent across diverse functions while building trusted partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams. Your work will directly contribute to attracting exceptional candidates and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for roles across all ISS STOXX business units including STOXX, ISS Sustainability, ISS Governance, ISS Market Intelligence, ISS LiquidMetrix, and Corporate Solutions.
- Partner with hiring managers to design effective sourcing strategies, assessment methods, and closing approaches while managing expectations throughout the process.
- Screen candidates, clearly communicate role requirements, and maintain accurate detailed notes in our ATS (Workday).
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience managing interview logistics and schedules while owning the process end-to-end.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and networking channels.
- Contribute to global recruitment process improvements and special projects.
- Play a key role in Proxy Season hiring, managing recruitment for 60 interns across EMEA.
Qualifications
- 6 years of recruitment experience ideally combining in-house and agency exposure.
- Proven success in full life-cycle recruiting across multiple business departments.
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple countries, adapting strategies to diverse markets and cultural contexts.
- Skilled in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools.
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Experience hiring for niche and hard-to-fill roles using creative sourcing methods.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
