We’re looking for an experienced Civils Site Supervisor to support delivery of civils and cabling works on a key infrastructure project. If you want hands‑on responsibility, strong site presence, and the chance to support a high‑standards compliance‑driven project, this role is for you.
Location: Rothienorman, Aberdeen
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2 Months
Hours: 07:00–17:00
Rate: Competitive
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise civils and cabling subcontractors
- Complete and manage Setting to Work documentation
- Produce and maintain IPT and QCS paperwork
- Ensure full CDM and Principal Contractor compliance
- Support environmental mitigation and site‑wide environmental controls
- Assist with general site duties and day‑to‑day project delivery
- Support environmental constraints requiring nightshift operations
What You Need:
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- EUSR Cat 1/2 or HSG47
- CSCS card
- SEATS qualification (ideal)
- Experience supervising civils works and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of H&S and compliance documentation
- Ability to manage tasks independently with a proactive mindset
