We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Civils Operative to support delivery of works on a major civils project. If you enjoy hands-on site work, supporting supervisors, and playing a key role in safe and compliant project delivery, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the Site Supervisor with daily site duties
- Assist with IPT and QCS documentation
- Follow and support CDM and Principal Contractor compliance processes
- Help implement environmental mitigation measures
- Carry out general civils and site-based tasks as required
- Support environmental compliance activities, including possible night operations
What You Need:
- CSCS card
- Experience working on construction or civils projects
- Understanding of site safety and compliance procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
