Start: September 2026 – ongoing contract

Hours: 10 hours paid per day

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage M&E construction activities on site
  • Coordinate electrical, mechanical, civil and commissioning teams
  • Manage subcontractors and site resources
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and specification
  • Monitor progress, quality and construction performance
  • Review drawings, RAMS and project documentation
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, client, engineers and subcontractors
  • Support testing, commissioning and handover

Ideal candidates

  • Senior Construction Management experience
  • Strong M&E construction background
  • Experience on BESS, substations, power or renewable energy projects
  • Proven subcontractor and site team management experience
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ, RAMS and construction programmes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • SMSTS, relevant M&E qualifications and experience working on major energy infrastructure projects
