Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage M&E construction activities on site
- Coordinate electrical, mechanical, civil and commissioning teams
- Manage subcontractors and site resources
- Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and specification
- Monitor progress, quality and construction performance
- Review drawings, RAMS and project documentation
- Liaise with the Project Manager, client, engineers and subcontractors
- Support testing, commissioning and handover
Ideal candidates
- Senior Construction Management experience
- Strong M&E construction background
- Experience on BESS, substations, power or renewable energy projects
- Proven subcontractor and site team management experience
- Strong understanding of HSEQ, RAMS and construction programmes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, relevant M&E qualifications and experience working on major energy infrastructure projects
