We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a major renewable energy project at Hardy Solar Farm in Dorchester. Requirements (Essential)

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter
  • JIB Card required
  • 18th Edition qualification required
  • Demonstrable experience with earthing and brazing
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Duties Will Include

  • Carrying out mechanical installation works on solar farm infrastructure
  • Performing earthing and brazing tasks to required industry standards
  • Working alongside electrical and site teams to complete installation phases
  • Ensuring all work is completed to specification, on time
