The Role
We are looking for a Junior Resource Coordinator to support the planning and mobilisation of operatives working on UK infrastructure projects. This is an entry-level role suited to someone reliable, organised, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of operatives coming into the UK
- Check documents and maintain accurate records
- Assist with visa and compliance processes
- Coordinate mobilisation, travel, and start dates
- Support training bookings and workforce readiness
- Order PPE and basic equipment
- Maintain internal systems and trackers
- Support day-to-day coordination tasks across the team
Requirements
