We are currently seeking 3–4 pairs of experienced 33kV Cable Jointers to support a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project located in Eccles, near Coldstream in the Scottish Borders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced renewable energy project, contributing to critical infrastructure within the growing energy storage sector.
The ideal candidates will have proven experience working with 33kV systems and a strong track record in installing Nexans MONO terminations. Jointers will be expected to work efficiently and safely as part of a team to deliver high-quality installations within project deadlines.
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Installation, jointing, and termination of 33kV cables on a live project site

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in 33kV cable jointing and terminations
- Previous experience with Nexans MONO terminations (essential)
- Valid and relevant certifications/competencies for high-voltage works
- Ability to work effectively as part of an established jointer/mate pair (preferred)
- Strong understanding of site safety protocols and industry standards
