Electrical Site Manager - Substation | Reading

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support substation works in the Reading.
This is a great opportunity for a practical, site-focused manager who can lead a team effectively, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and keep work progressing on site.
I'm looking for someone who takes a hands-on approach to site management, enjoys working alongside operatives and subcontractors, and can balance day-to-day site leadership with the required documentation and compliance.
What you'll need:
- SR163 Site Manager qualification
- Electrical qualifications
- Previous National Grid project experience
- Current National Grid CP ticket - essential
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid and Asbestos certs
- National Grid trained operative
- Proven substation experience - essential
