ISS STOXX is looking for a new member of its sales team to support its growth. You will be part of the EMEA Institutional Sales team, responsible for selling the full range of Stewardship and Responsible Investment Solutions to existing clients and asset owners, investment managers, and hedge fund prospects.
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and renewal goals.
- Identify and close sales prospects and upsell existing clients.
- Maintain current book of ISS STOXX business by establishing relationships with client product managers and decision makers.
- Grow ISS STOXX's market share, recognition, and perception within the asset owner, investment management, and hedge fund community.
- Continuously assess market opportunities, define and update a sales plan for territory and discuss with management.
- Ensure detailed sales and renewal reporting and forecasting.
- Work closely with ISS STOXX Product and Marketing managers to define products, services, and marketing plans.
- Build and maintain senior relationships among existing clients and prospects.
- Record all client and prospect contacts and all meeting and telephone activity information into the firm's CRM system.
- Share relevant industry and opportunity information across the sales group and with other departments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in institutional sales.
- Knowledge and understanding of Investment Stewardship and Responsible Investment, and market infrastructure, including regulatory drivers such as SRD2, EU Taxonomy, Stewardship codes and SFDR.
- Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Innovative, customer‐oriented thinker able to identify and execute on market opportunities.
- Highly systematic, organized and prioritized approach to sales effort in territory.
- Absolute personal and business integrity.
- Willingness to travel.
- Native or proficiency in French preferred, with additional fluency in English.
