We’re seeking a Team Leader to support delivery of high-quality care by supervising care workers and developing person-centred plans in partnership with tenants.

You will lead a team in the Extra Care scheme, conduct needs and risk assessments, mentor colleagues, and help uphold our values of community, courage and heart.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
