Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more!
Youâll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an onâcall rota. Every day will be different. And youâll never know what challenges youâre about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that youâll be making your clientsâ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
What youâll need: Previous experience in complex care / rapid response is essential prior to interview. This experience could include ventilation support, tracheostomy care and peg feeding.
