Job Description:
You will be supporting an adult client in their own home through the night due to nocturnal hypoventilation. They require a ventilator and have a tracheostomy. Our client has moderate learning disabilities, so will need support through the night with someone who can relate to them and share their passion for football.
Qualifications:
No experience is required, but some social care paid or unpaid experience would be beneficial. Working with adults who have learning difficulties would be desired. Nurse Led training will be provided.
