Mobile Area Cleaner in Sturry

We are seeking a Mobile Area Cleaner to work closely with the Regional Facilities Manager and support all aspects of Facilities Management service provision relating to cleaning services. You will be part of a team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for customers and stakeholders, with cleaning service excellence forming a key part of the role., We are looking for an individual who takes pride in delivering a great day-to-day service, maintains high standards, and contributes to a positive customer experience. The quality of services delivered will be a key measure of success and will be visible to customers and stakeholders.,

• Build knowledge and understanding of your designated cleaning area.
• Carry out cleaning duties in line with required standards and schedules.
• Understand when works are required in accordance with the PSO Schedule.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and confidently, following Health & Safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, HSEQ, and operational standards.
• Support the completion of monthly cleaning audits and associated compliance requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all assigned locations.
• Previous experience within cleaning operations.
• Experience maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service delivery.
• Experience working within a team environment.
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements relating to cleaning activities.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
