We are seeking a Sector Manager to provide direct line management of front-line Placemakers and support the KAN business across all aspects of self-delivered activities within the aligned UK sector.
The successful candidate will work alongside direct and indirect account teams to help ensure effective service delivery and operational performance., We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive manager who can support front-line colleagues, manage priorities effectively, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
This role requires a strong understanding of service delivery standards, performance requirements, and health and safety responsibilities.
- Provide direct line management and support to front-line Placemakers.
- Support account management teams to ensure best-in class delivery and performance across KAN accounts.
- Collaborate with the OSC job management team to ensure service performance aligns with contractual SLA and KPI requirements.
- Promote and encourage a customer-focused approach within the aligned Placemaker team.
- Ensure quality delivery by following standardised processes and contractual service specifications.
- Recruit Placemakers across the following categories: Technicians, Technical Team Leaders, Cleaning Mobile Area Supervisors (MAS), and Mobile Cleaners.
- Take responsibility for the health and safety of all front-line Placemakers, including incident and accident management, toolbox talks, and the Near Hit programme.
- Support timesheet processes, including T&A, P2P, ITS, and Maximo dependencies.
- Deliver against the auditing regime, including Placemaker Technical, Site Technical, subcontractor quality of work, and cleaning audits (contract specific), with technical auditing support provided by the aligned TSM.
Experience in comparable management roles.
