We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Planner to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating schedules, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively with both customers and operational teams. As a Planner, you will be responsible for managing incoming work requests, monitoring shared mailboxes, coordinating job allocation, and ensuring operational systems are accurately maintained. Working closely with engineers, service teams, and customers, you will ensure that work is planned and scheduled efficiently to meet service commitments and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure requests are actioned appropriately.
- Allocate and schedule work efficiently to engineering and service teams.
- Maintain accurate records and update operational systems to ensure data integrity.
- Plan and coordinate activities with a forward-looking approach to support SLA achievement.
- Monitor workload pipelines and proactively identify potential scheduling issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on job progress and service delivery.
- Escalate issues, risks, or delays promptly through the appropriate channels.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Support continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes.
- Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, coordination, helpdesk, or administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using IT systems, shared mailboxes, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent service delivery skills.
