Join ISS as an Office Services Manager and lead the delivery of world-class front-of-house, housekeeping, and cleaning services for our client. You will proactively anticipate client needs, acting as an ambassador for both ISS and our client\\\’s workplace.
Job Description: As Office Services Manager, you will be responsible for the full commercial and operational management of the contract, ensuring compliance, risk management, and adherence to SLAs. Success will come from building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and landlords, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and employees through open, honest, and timely communication
- Manage all financial aspects of the account, ensuring budgets, salaries, bonuses, and supplier orders are accurate and compliant
- Ensure contract delivery meets agreed specifications, KPIs, and quality standards, while introducing innovations and service improvements
- Lead, recruit, train, and motivate teams, ensuring full inductions, performance management, and development plans are in place
- Oversee daily operations including Front of House services, housekeeping, cleaning, and specialist schedules, maintaining high standards and professionalism
- Take responsibility for stakeholder management, acting as the final escalation point for service-related queries and issues
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, company policies, site operating procedures, and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Senior client-focused experience with strong people management skills
- Experience managing housekeeping, cleaning, and Front of House services
- Health & Safety expertise, including IOSH qualifications, with a proven understanding of risk management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with credibility across clients, suppliers, and employees
- Ability to develop, review, and audit operational procedures and implement creative solutions to operational challenges
- Strong financial acumen, including budget setting, and IT literate with experience in system development
- Adaptable, strategic and operational thinker, able to prioritise under pressure while maintaining discretion
