We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our mobile engineering team, delivering PPM and reactive maintenance across train stations for our client. This role is primarily electrically biased, with building fabric maintenance included, offering a well-rounded and engaging work experience. You\\\’ll be part of a supportive team, with clear opportunities for career progression and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works, meeting customer expectations
- Maintain building services, including basic fabric, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Respond to client callouts and oversee contractor performance, including Permits to Work
- Ensure all electrical equipment and surrounding areas meet performance and company standards
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with H&S, COSHH, and risk assessments
- Support fixed wire testing and associated rectification works, ensuring full technical compliance
- Proactively liaise with clients, identify concerns, and suggest service improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- FM background with experience in diverse building maintenance works
- Comfortable in a mobile role and willing to travel as required
- Fully electrically qualified – 18th Edition and installations
- Holds additional building maintenance certificates (beneficial)
- Skilled in both planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Able to work independently across multiple sites
- Experienced in maintaining high standards and compliance
