Mobile Facilities Assistant

We are seeking a Mobile Facilities Assistant to report into the Regional Facilities Manager and work across all aspects of the Facilities Management service provision. The role sits within a team that delivers specific outcomes for customers and stakeholders, with responsibility for supporting service delivery and, where required, project activities. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who will play a key role in delivering a high-quality day-to-day service. The successful candidate will help ensure service standards are maintained, compliance requirements are met, and customers and stakeholders receive an excellent experience.

• Provide front of house support, welcoming visitors and assisting them appropriately.
• Ensure security procedures are followed at all times.
• Deliver support services including porterage, meeting room management, and management of the FM mailbox.
• Conduct inductions for new starters, including health & safety and environmental inductions.
• Log, facilitate, and oversee reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.
• Support compliance with environmental and HSEQ standards.
• Assist with traffic management plans, fire risk assessments, and water hygiene arrangements as appropriate.
• Complete and support audits, including security audits.
• Support the delivery of low to medium risk projects.
• Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
• Support and provide cover for cleaning services as required.
