We are seeking a multi-skilled Building Services Engineer to support our facilities operations across two highāprofile sites for Samsung.
This handsāon role will involve planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, plumbing, and general building services, delivering high standards of reliability and compliance for our Samsung contract. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a facilities or building services environment, with a bias towards plumbing and mechanical systems, but must be comfortable performing a variety of multiāskilled maintenance tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills further, with training opportunities available across multiple disciplines. This role will be split across two sites, with 3 days per week at King's Cross, N1C 4DQ and 2 days per week at the Samsung Site, 80 Strand, WC2R 0BP.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across mechanical, plumbing, and building services systems
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain plant, equipment, and building services in line with statutory and client standards
- Record and report maintenance activities accurately
- Support site compliance, including H&S and operational standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and site stakeholders
- Previous experience in facilities or building services maintenance
- Multiāskilled capabilities across mechanical, plumbing, and general building services
- Ability to work independently and prioritise maintenance tasks
- Strong problemāsolving and communication skills
- Willingness to undertake further training to expand technical skills
