We are seeking a Workplace Experience Host to report to the Go To Lead and play a key role in delivering exceptional workplace experiences. As an ambassador for the client's brand, culture and values, you will create engaging, personal and memorable interactions for colleagues and guests, ensuring outstanding service remains at the heart of everything you do., We are looking for a positive and well-organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a confident, sociable personality. Acting as the primary point of contact and the face of the client, you will build strong relationships, support colleagues and guests, and contribute to a data-driven approach by accurately logging activity to help continually improve the workplace experience.
- Welcome colleagues and guests, ensuring their needs are met in a friendly, professional and engaging manner.
- Manage guest and colleague enquiries promptly and courteously.
- Complete assigned daily checklists to maintain workspace quality, improve performance and support accurate tracking.
- Assist with room bookings and guest arrivals using existing processes and technology.
- Maintain a clear, presentable and safe office environment across assigned floors.
- Monitor workplace conditions, identify quality control issues and log service requests with the appropriate teams.
- Provide first-line technical support, including reboots and connection inspections, before escalating unresolved issues to the Techbar.
- Deliver occasional surprise-and-delight initiatives and pop-up events to enhance the workplace experience.
- Customer service experience, particularly supporting Blue Chip and high-touch clients.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively within a strong team environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach with a genuine willingness to go the extra mile.
