ISS is looking for a confident Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of an integrated PFI facilities services contract across three sites in Humberside. Managing a £1.1m contract and significant annual projects, you'll have real autonomy to shape and grow the account. What you'll do:
- Oversee P&L, budgets, and project delivery (asset replacements, fabric upgrades)
- Lead a team & manage day-to-day operations / client relationships across a live public space
- Ensure compliance through health & safety and industry audits
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and drive contract performance
Experience of managing PFI contracts - This is a TFM contract - so looking for someone with a background in both Hard FM (technical infrastructure & engineering systems) & Soft FM service delivery
- Experienced in P&L and budget management
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
