Workplace Coordinator Location: Birmingham, B37 7YN Hours of work: 40 Contract Type: Permanent As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery within the ISS workplace. Job Description As Workplace Coordinator, you will take ownership of ensuring the workplace runs safely, efficiently, and effectively. You’ll implement and champion company methodologies, concepts, and innovations to help create a world-class workplace experience for end users. You’ll be a key driver behind our core message: People Make Places. Key Responsibilities Follow all ISS procedures to deliver a five-star workplace experience Handle all client requests efficiently, exceeding expectations Keep SOPs and records up to date Implement catering and cleaning services, including training Support Workplace Manager to ensure full compliance with safety and security standards Promote ISS initiatives and maintain high visibility on site Provide cover and support for Workplace Manager and Property team as needed Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Suits candidates with frontline food and beverage experience Very hands-on role, based on the floor Ability to work well under pressure Good communication skills Reliable and proactive approach Team player with a positive attitude The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
