Test Manager – SAP SuccessFactors Location: UK wide (hybrid role) Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for 10-12 months We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Test Manager to join our team on a fixed term basis. In this role, you will support the implementation of our new People System – SAP SuccessFactors and build the test strategy and methodology to support the implementation. You will partner with P&C colleagues and the IT team to ensure the system is fit for purpose and provide end users with a great employee experience. The Test Manager will lead the planning and execution of all elements of the testing phases for SAP SuccessFactors, and the overall programme, enabling the successful go live of the platform. Key Responsibilities: Act as the ISS Lead on the full end to end Testing phase of the SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation Programme. Plan, write and drive the Test Strategy, including SIT, Parrell Testing and user acceptance testing. Communicate the Test Strategy and status to the programme and other workstream leads. Create the Test Plan, Test Scripts, scenarios, cases for the relevant stages of testing. Conduct root-cause analysis and track defect resolution to completion. Identify Test Users to ensure there is as much business input as possible. Collaborate with the other workstreams to ensure the test environment, data and configuration are ready for each test phase. Develop robust documentation to enable the test results to be analysed and create a testing closure/sign off process. Develop documentation to support relevant re-testing where applicable or appropriate. Produce clear and unambiguous test plans, test reports & daily dashboards during the test phases. Manage and mitigate any project escalations, risks and issues. Experience Required: Experience of Test Management with a HCM solution – SAP SuccessFactors experience is a must Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Keeping up to date with the latest test management best practice and methodologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Collaborative approach to stakeholder management. Builds effective networks internally and externally. Highly employee experience focused. Experience working with Jira or similar case management tools / products.
