TECHNICAL SERVICES COMMERCIAL PRICING MANAGER

Location: National (Hybrid)

Hours: 40 hrs per week

Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Drive commercial excellence in asset management, ensuring ISS delivers a scalable, industry-leading FM solution. A great opportunity to join a growing team, with potential for a shared role across Ops Performance and Commercial. Initially a 12 Month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of temp-to-perm.

The Role

You will shape ISS’s Ops Performance Technical Team, developing robust pricing models and methodologies. You’ll mitigate commercial risk through a structured resourcing and pricing strategy while creating compelling marketing collateral.

Acting as the link between the technical SME function and commercial team, you will ensure consistency in processes, strategy, and sales approach. While primarily remote, UK office attendance is required as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop asset management strategy using market intelligence
• Create scalable, repeatable resourcing and pricing models
• Minimise commercial risk with asset data reconciliation
• Design marketing materials with internal teams
• Align supplier agreements with ISS’ commercial model
• Ensure consistency between technical and commercial teams
• Promote ISS’ product offering internally and externally

About You

• We are looking for someone with excellent commercial pricing and solutioning acumen and experience of working in Hard FM within the Facilities Management sector (essential)
• Candidates with knowledge of SFG20 & ISO55000 (preferred)
• Experience of building pricing models for products
• Experience of analysing data to help inform pricing model design
• Advanced user of MS Excel and MS Office
• Good communication skills
• Experience of commercial processes in respect of Asset Management / Engineering services in the context of facilities management
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent marketing / branding skillset – ability to articulate service offerings that assure, captivate and ultimately drive growth
• Any operations experience would be a bonus
