  • Hybrid role – home based with extensive regional travel across Southern England (London and South East, and Home Counties)
  • Mon to Fri, standard hours
  • Strong salary plus car or allowance, any travel to client sites on expenses
  • 3-4 days travel pw to customer sites and 1 day pw at employer office in Canary Wharf, London or Weybridge, Surrey

Here at ISS as one of the UK\’s leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit two Social Value Advisors to join a truly major Government contract, to practically implement the designed Social Value Strategy across two regions – London & South East, and Southern England.

Here, working as part of a wider Social Value team you will be a Mobile, Regional presence ensuring the employer fulfil their contractual obligations in Social Value by meeting with clients, but also local schools, careers fares, job centres and so on, acting as a company ambassador and going \”above and beyond\” in our Social Value commitments

This Social Value team you will be part of is the first of its kind within the organisation and so this is the cutting edge of Social Value with a massive Government client.

The role best suits a confident Social Value practitioner looking to progress to the next level, with an ability to travel 3-4 days pw within our region, with the use of company car or allowance. This is a practical delivery based role, implementing the Social Value strategy

Actions will include:

  • Ownership of the company Social Value Plans at designated regional level for the contract and responsible for delivery of social value commitments within region over the lifecycle of the contract.
  • Responsible for collating all social value data (qualitative and quantitative) at regional level on quarterly basis to demonstrate performance and progress against the Social Value commitments on the contract.
  • Responsible for collating evidence and information to support with creating up to date contract level case studies of successfully implemented initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with upcoming legislation and local needs for social value, ensuring the programmes delivered to the customer follow best practice and are relevant and meaningful to the communities we operate in.
  • Collaborate with key internal contract stakeholders supporting the delivery of social value across other regions.
  • Support the upskilling of internal colleagues on social value knowledge and commitments for the contract
  • Liaise, collaborate and support Recruitment Lead, Employability Advisors and L&D Managers within contract P&C team to ensure the successful delivery of inclusive recruitment social value targets.
  • This role has a regional scope; regular travel will be required to support the delivery of the key responsibilities and tasks and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
