We are seeking an experienced Asset & Governance Manager to lead and continuously improve our Asset Management System (AMS), ensuring full compliance with ISO 55001 standards. This role is critical in delivering reliable, auditable, and best-practice asset management processes that enhance operational performance and resilience across our sites.

You will act as the subject matter expert for asset management and critical environment standards, driving lifecycle planning, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, you will ensure asset data integrity, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and alignment with strategic objectives and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain the Asset Management System (AMS) to ensure ISO 55001 compliance.
  • Manage asset documentation, lifecycle strategies, risk registers, and governance processes.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
  • Integrate asset management practices into CAFM systems (e.g., Tririga) and maintain data accuracy.
  • Support lifecycle investment planning using condition-based insights to optimise cost, risk, and reliability.
  • Act as the site subject matter expert for asset management and critical environment standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing asset performance data and implementing efficiency measures.
  • Provide training and awareness on ISO 55001 principles and AMS governance to operational teams.
  • Collaborate with client and ISS stakeholders to align asset management with strategic objectives and sustainability goals.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Asset Manager in corporate or critical environments.
  • Expertise in ISO 55001-compliant asset management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of CAFM platforms (e.g., Maximo, Tririga) and asset data governance.
  • Skilled in audit preparation, nonconformity management, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex asset management concepts.
  • Experience in high-security financial or data centre settings.
  • Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.
  • Technical Facilities Management background with solid understanding of M&E systems.
