REWARD MANAGER Job Type: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days Work From Home) Location: Weybridge (KT13 0SL) or London (E14 9SH) Hours: 37.5 hour per week Contract Type: Permanent Competitive Salary, Car, Healthcare, Pension Life Assurance We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and strategic Reward Manager to join our team at ISS, a world-leading workplace and facility management company committed to improving the way people connect with the places they work and live. Job Description An excellent opportunity for someone ready to make their mark and drive positive change. This role will be instrumental in shaping the reward function and support the development and delivery of competitive, compliant, and aligned reward strategies. You’ll take ownership of key reward processes including salary reviews, annual bonus cycles, and the development of reward policies and frameworks. Working cross-functionally, you will act as a trusted advisor to the wider business, promoting fair and transparent compensation practices while helping to build a robust job architecture. The role will also involve hands-on admin tasks such as data collation, budgeting, mail merges for employee letters, and ensuring strong audit trails. Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of reward processes Handle day-to-day reward queries and data requests Conduct internal and external salary benchmarking Maintain and develop job architecture and evaluation (Mercer) Manage long service awards and monthly reporting Oversee BAU activities and identify process improvements Support on ad hoc projects such as Gender Pay Gap reporting About You Proven experience in a Reward Manager or equivalent role, with a solid track record of designing and delivering reward strategies. Hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end salary review and bonus cycles. Skilled in developing and implementing reward-related policies, frameworks, and procedures . Strong analytical abilities , with advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and HRIS systems. Solid understanding of job architecture principles and market best practices. Thorough knowledge of compensation and benefits legislation and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and presentation skills , with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated strength in governance and process management . Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Highly organised and detail-oriented , ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work. Proven leadership capabilities , with experience in managing or guiding teams. A strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to align reward practices with business objectives.
