Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation by enforcing brand and culinary guidelines at each location.
  • Develop, adapt, and update menus based on customer feedback, seasonal ingredients, and brand initiatives, in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to upskill kitchen teams on culinary techniques, food safety, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor and control food costs, manage inventory, and reduce waste to ensure budget compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Provide culinary expertise during the launch of new sites, ensuring teams are prepared and processes are in place for a successful opening.
  • Perform on-site visits to assess compliance with culinary standards, food safety, and hygiene regulations, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Regularly review customer feedback, making necessary adjustments to menus or service approaches to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with compliance teams to ensure each site meets food safety standards, conducting inspections and implementing best practices.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting culinary excellence and introducing innovative menu items that align with customer preferences and brand values.
