ISS is hiring a Regional Facilities Manager to lead total facilities management (TFM) delivery across 10 sites in the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated leader to take full ownership of operations, delivering excellence in Hard and Soft FM services.
In this hybrid role, the successful candidate would be expected to work out of our Bodmin site (2-3 days per week) and could expect some ad-hoc travel. But would then have the flexibility to work from home when not in the office.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a regional team, managing services including Cleaning, Security, and Maintenance
- Oversee statutory compliance and planned/reactive maintenance
- Act as the key point of contact for client contract management
- Support and develop Assistant Facilities Manager and on-site staff
- Maintain top-tier service standards and identify opportunities for value improvement
- Provide oversight of small projects as needed
About you:
- Proven experience in Facilities Management (TFM or Hard FM), ideally in government or similar sectors
- Relevant FM qualifications;
- Service and customer orientated, with commercial mindset
- Strong team leadership, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of FM compliance, legislation, and operational excellence
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification or equivalent
- IWFM or equivalent industry membership (desirable)
- Ability to obtain BPSS Security Clearance.
