We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Capital Projects team. This role is pivotal in delivering cost management and commercial support across a portfolio of projects operating under NEC4 contracts. The successful candidate will ensure financial control, compliance, and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
You will play a key role in implementing and sustaining a high standard of cost management to enhance ISS’s position within the project market, driving growth within the account. This position carries responsibility for the commercial oversight and cost-effective delivery of Capital Projects and MAC across Government accounts, including governance, compliance, risk management, and supply chain strategy development.
