PROJECT MANAGER (PMO)
Location: London, E14 9SH
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract | 12 Months
This is a high-profile role supporting a major strategic transformation programme within ISS.
As Project Manager, you’ll coordinate multiple workstreams, support planning, and drive delivery in line with the project timeline. Regularly dealing with senior stakeholders across ISS and playing a central part in improving workforce efficiency across the UK business.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage project timelines
- Monitor progress and scope future phases
- Support the Programme PMO and leadership teams
- Chair meetings and track actions
- Identify and manage risks and complexities
- Produce weekly reports and updates
Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience within FM industry is essential
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset. Able to think strategically and understand the wider impact and benefits of a programme/project
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent analysis, report design and presentation skills
- Positive team working ethos and commitment to delivery and learning
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PM tools (e.g. MS Project, Monday.com)
- Experience in multicultural environments
- Fluent in English
- Educated to degree level (desirable)
- Professional accreditation PMP, Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent (desirable)
