Job Description At ISS, we are committed to achieving service excellence within the workplace, and the Project Manager (PMO) will play a key role in managing and supporting the implementation of our Transition Process Model (TPM). This role focuses on operationalising UK&I contracts and delivering transformation concepts, ensuring a seamless and effective transition process. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering exposure to dynamic project environments. As part of the Project Management Office, the PMO will establish and enforce governance frameworks and standards for Transition projects and programme delivery across the UK&I. This ensures consistency, transparency, and alignment with our TPM objectives. The Project Manager will oversee the adoption of standardized best practices, principles, and templates to manage and support projects effectively. Additionally, the role involves tracking, reporting, and analysing project data, ensuring accurate and insightful performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities Manage processes, systems and tools ensuring the TPM governance is adhered to Manage account specific programmes, projects and/or workstreams within a business change programme Work closely with the account PMO to ensure robust governance, utilisation of the ISS Project Management Framework, systems and processes Support best practice and knowledge sharing Produce accurate project plans based on ISS requirements to deliver against the agreed strategic and tactical objectives of the contract Manage the delivery of day-to-day activities in accordance with the project plan Ensure accountability, focus, transparency and accelerated execution of projects About You Proven Project Management or PMO experience within the Facilities Management (FM) sector Experienced in the use of Project Management tools such as MS Project/Monday.Com Demonstrable understanding of commercial contracts Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work using own initiative, plan and anticipate needs before they arise Strong data analysis, report design and presentation skills Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to command respect and credibility with a wide range of stakeholders Positive team working ethos and commitment to delivery and learning Fluent in English (second language a bonus) Experienced working in a diverse environment with multiple cultures and nationalities Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive information The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
