People Experience Specialist – ISS UK & Ireland
Location: Canary Wharf, London or Weybridge, Surrey (Hybrid working)

In this role, you’ll manage and develop our Employee Listening programmes and People & Culture communications across the UK and Ireland. You’ll play a key role in fostering a more connected, informed, and motivated workforce.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide employee surveys, including annual engagement, onboarding, and exit surveys
- Analyse feedback and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Create engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet, leadership updates, and employee campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal communications across the employee lifecycle
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee sentiment and engagement trends
- Support the development and delivery of initiatives across the employee experience
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in HR, employee engagement, or internal communications
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a creative and strategic mindset
- Proficiency in engagement and survey tools (e.g. Qualtrics) and communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Staffbase)
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
- Organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple projects
