Payroll Delivery Coordinator Healthcare Contract Type: Permanent The Payroll Delivery Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the payroll function at ISS UK, focusing on the day-to-day administration of payroll data input and performing control checks for the fortnightly payroll cycle. This role involves manual data entry, including rekeying information, where a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential to ensure data integrity. This position offers a flexible work arrangement, requiring in-office attendance three days a week, with the option to work from home for the remaining two days. Inputting starters, leavers, and changes data into the payroll system via Time & Attendance for fortnightly employees Conducting validation checks on all input data Administering hourly timesheet manual input Inputting additional hours into the time system Recording absence data for hourly employees Supporting the Payroll Delivery Manager with ad hoc duties during critical periods of the payroll process Delivering a high-quality payroll customer service experience Ensuring seasonal adjustments are processed accurately IT proficient (including Excel and Outlook); confident in handling and working with data Flexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the team Awareness of data privacy and securely handling of employee data ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
