To work with the Brand Manager on the ideation, creation and delivery of insight-driven marketing campaigns and activities across ISS’ Education portfolio. You will act as a brand guardian, ensuring brand standards are upheld across all outputs. You will work cross-functionally to support with bids and the rollout of branding in new and existing sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Key role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Supporting in the ideation, creation and delivery of termly marketing campaigns across education brands to include campaign setting, retail promotional campaigns, seasonal menu changes, theme days, marketing collateral (digital and print), detailed implementation packs and online site briefings.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insight.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, digital) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Coordination of photoshoots.
- Supporting with bids.
- Supporting with the rollout of branding in new and existing sites.
- Ensuring Ops Performance SharePoint site is maintained and updated.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Professional experience in the marketing industry.
- A passion for food.
- Strong understanding of consumer and market food and beverage trends, retail, digital and social media.
- Understanding of brand development.
- Understanding of culinary development and operations preferable.
- Creative thinker.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
