We’re looking for an experienced UK Security Operations Manager to take charge of security operations for a prestigious client’s UK estate—ensuring safety, resilience, and peace of mind across a complex, high-profile environment. Why This Role Matters
As UK Security Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the delivery of exceptional security services. Working closely with the client’s security leadership and our National Account Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of physical security, business continuity, and crisis management - protecting people, assets and reputation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Mentor and motivate a skilled security team, fostering accountability and excellence.
- Own Operations: Manage daily priorities, escalations, and shift coverage with precision.
- Be the Decision Maker: Take charge during critical incidents and ensure swift, effective responses.
- Build Partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with client leadership and regional managers.
- Deliver Excellence: Oversee physical security services—guarding, patrols, access control, CCTV, alarms.
- Plan for Resilience: Support business continuity and crisis management strategies.
- Investigate & Assess: Conduct security assessments and lead investigations when required.
- Ensure Compliance: Manage budgets, financial controls, and regulatory obligations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in senior security leadership roles within corporate or blue-chip environments.
- Deep expertise in private sector security operations and risk management.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Strong capabilities in threat analysis, mitigation strategies, and crisis response.
- Inspirational leadership with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and HR best practices.
- Resilient, adaptable, and committed to ethical decision-making.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
- Holder of a current SIA Licence (Door Supervisor, Frontline or Close Protection – is essential).
