We’re looking for a commercially savvy professional to support bid and mobilisation activities across the UK, playing a key role in supplier contracting, compliance, and performance during new business wins and mobilisation phases. This is a high-impact role where you’ll act as the bridge between Supply Chain & Procurement, Legal, and operational teams—ensuring contractual governance, alignment, and best-in-class supplier solutions for new bids and mobilisation projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the implementation of robust, compliant supplier contracts for new bids and mobilisation projects
- Managing the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and implementation aligned to mobilisation timelines
- Ensuring all supplier agreements include correct flow-down clauses and meet compliance and assurance standards
- Acting as the key link between Procurement, Legal, and operational teams to ensure smooth mobilisation delivery
- Supporting operational teams to align scope of works with technical competence and client expectations
- Driving contract management and risk mitigation during mobilisation, reducing commercial and operational exposure
- Ensuring supplier governance is in place, including KPIs, SPIs, and reporting frameworks for mobilisation
- Managing supplier relationships and representing Procurement across multiple bid and mobilisation workstreams
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ procurement or contract management experience, preferably in bid or mobilisation environments
- Proven experience in contract writing, negotiation, and supplier management
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on risk mitigation and governance
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities effectively during tight mobilisation timelines
- Confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder mobilisation projects
- CIPS, MBA, or degree-level education (preferred)
- Public sector or corporate bids experience (advantageous)
